Job Description
We seek Telemarketers to conduct outbound calls, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and present insurance products professionally. Responsibilities include recording client data, conducting follow-ups, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, coordinating handovers to agents, meeting daily/monthly call and lead targets, handling basic customer service issues, and participating in training to stay updated on products and promotions. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Pay: Php16,00–Php20,00/month. Benefits include company Christmas gift, events, free/on-site parking, health and life insurance, and paid training. Work location: In person.
