Job Description
Prepare accurate, timely cost estimates and bids from designs; review drawings/as-builts; compile unit costs; maintain cost database; produce Bills of Quantities; vet contractors/suppliers; report awarded vs actual costs; advise on risk and value engineering; monitor site implementation with Project and Account Managers; submit Variation Orders; conduct pre-bid surveys. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree, 1–3 years mechanical quantity surveying experience, strong time management and leadership. Full-time on-site. Salary Php30,00–40,00/month.
