Job Description
2GO Group, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team at Manila Pier 2. This role is critical for succession planning within our Sea Solutions division. You will work closely with supervisors and managers, gaining hands-on experience in various departments, particularly in Control Tower and Freight Operations.
The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate (B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields) with strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for understanding departmental functions, supporting process improvements, and assisting in people management.
