Job Description
Turfgrass Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Management Trainee for our Agriculture division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing assigned tasks by required deadlines
- Overseeing employees and evaluating work
- Liaising and coordinating with different superiors, colleagues, and clients on operational concerns
- Assisting management with the implementation of new policies
- Ensuring new employees are properly trained
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits include paid training and overtime pay. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, and all positions are in-person.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
