Job Description
SOLANALAND DEVELOPMENT INC. is seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to oversee administrative functions in our property management office. Responsibilities include managing office operations, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating with the HOA. You will enforce strict housekeeping and maintenance protocols to maintain property standards.
Qualifications require a licensed engineer (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) with at least 2 years of experience in property management.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php21,00.00 per month
