Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor clients/customers’ account dues, focusing on past due and delinquent accounts.
- Remind clients/customers via text or calls and schedule collection dates.
- Prepare payment due reminders and Notices of Cancellation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Experience in Telemarketing or customer calls is a plus.
Must be willing to be hired under AGENCY.
