Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer to assist the HR Manager in all facets of Human Resources management. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants
- Collecting pre-employment documents and filing
- Onboarding new hires
- Timekeeping, tracking attendance and leaves
- Benefits administration
- Employee relations; issuing NTE and memos
- Conducting exit interviews and processing clearance
Qualifications: Graduate in Psychology or HR, 6 months experience, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month | Location: In person
