Job Description
Sotogrande Davao Hotel is seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). We require 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, especially in a supervisory role, and proficiency in restaurant management software such as POS systems.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and delivering outstanding customer service. A positive attitude and commitment to enhancing the guest experience are essential. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift system, on-site at the hotel. English proficiency is preferred.
