Job Description
Global BPO Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Hotel Reservation Specialist. You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using established scripts and procedures. Tasks include gathering information, logging calls, and informing clients about services. Teamwork is valued, and you will guide lower-level employees to enhance their skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresh graduates.
Compensation ranges from Php20,500.00 to Php30,00.00 per month with various benefits.
