RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to improve our quality processes for insurance accounts. This role involves designing client-specific processes, leading improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor staff on quality.
- Collaborate with clients and teams.
- Conduct compliance reviews.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as Quality Manager in BPO.
- Managed 5+ direct reports.
- Proficient in NPS and CSAT frameworks.
- Contact center experience preferred.
