Job Description
Santos Knight Frank is seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of building plants, equipment, and common areas. Your duties include ensuring equipment functionality, reporting defects, implementing preventive maintenance, and assisting tenants with service requests.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating pumps, air conditioning systems, and performing electrical maintenance. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php16,00.00 to Php19,00.00 per month.
