Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at BPO Hub – SGS Sapient in our Metro sites. Earn up to Php28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: As a Billing Account Specialist, you will manage inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments.
- Support in establishing payment plans when necessary.
What We Offer: Salary up to Php28,00, 30k Sign-on Bonus, flexible schedules, and benefits including paid training.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills
