Job Description
Join our team at SGS- Careers-PH as an Online Hotel Reservation Specialist! Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming customer calls, making outgoing calls for follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in our database.
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, with numerous benefits including health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
Work hours are from Monday to Friday in 8-hour shifts. We also provide supplemental pay, including bonuses and commissions.
