Job Description

The Route Supervisor is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising daily operational teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Willing to engage in fieldwork.
• Capable of driving a 4-wheels manual vehicle.
• Familiarity with the South Luzon Area (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned area and supervise route team activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain machine performance.
• Engage in client meetings and support sales opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month
