Job Description
We at Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will monitor system alerts during your shifts and respond to issues based on established protocols. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting and maintaining logs of all alerts.
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, with weekend coverage as needed. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, experience in operations or customer support, and strong attention to detail.
