Job Description
Join Orbital Pathway to BPO as a Ticket Management Call Center Agent! In this role, you will assist customers with ticket inquiries, processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications, as well as managing payments and refunds.
No experience? No problem! We provide training to help you succeed. Enjoy a full-time position working weekdays only, with weekends off.
To qualify, you should be friendly, have good communication skills in English, and possess at least a high school diploma. We offer competitive pay up to Php 30,00.00 per month along with benefits like health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
