Job Description
Job Summary:
The Program Officer will implement KMBI’s microfinance program in assigned areas, organize and form centers, and develop center leaders. Responsibilities include processing, monitoring, recording, and evaluating client loans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 2 or 4-year course or college level with at least 84 units earned.
- Vocational Course graduates or K-12 are welcome.
- People-oriented and rule-oriented.
- Knowledgeable in facilitating group meetings.
- Work experience in a related field is an advantage, but not required.
- Willingness to do fieldwork.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
