Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a qualified Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills. You will input caregiver schedules, manage payroll data accuracy, and communicate with project managers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in U.S. Payroll is a plus
- Ability to verify licenses and analyze vendor statements
- Preferably a graduate in Accounting/Finance
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary. Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
