Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
Develop new products and implement the industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize product development by collaborating with the Central Recipe Management Team to oversee standardization and implementation of compliant formulas.
- Evaluate and adjust factory recipes based on finished product analysis for compliance, leading raw material specifications for infant formula.
- Identify and lead process improvements to reduce operational costs while enhancing product quality and safety.
