Position: Onsite Online Teacher
This role involves delivering engaging English lessons to students through various online formats, such as 1v1, 1v2, and 1v4.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize online teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct interactive lessons.
- Create a positive learning environment.
- Assess student performance and give feedback.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in online English teaching (early childhood education is a plus) or open to fresh graduates. Strong communication skills and a degree in English-related fields or TEFL/TESOL certification preferred.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
