Job Description
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, a part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family, is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our office in Manila, Philippines. This role involves efficiently processing inbound purchase orders via various platforms, including Fax, Email, EDI, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure data accuracy in SAP ERP.
- Resolve workflow issues by collaborating with Order Escalation Specialists.
- Communicate daily order status with supervisors.
Qualifications:
- College/Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
