Job Description
Job Summary: The Claim and Benefit Staff is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are completed accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Duties: Submit claims, ensure accurate coding, monitor signatures, amend records, process pre-approval, handle inquiries, and maintain HD monitoring.
