Responsibilities:
You will lead the recruitment team to ensure timely placements for diverse client needs, assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining client satisfaction while following company policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– 2+ years in recruitment, with leadership experience.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Experience with recruitment software and ATS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00 – Php20,00 per month
