Job Description
Join GameOne PH as an Online Chat Support Specialist! We are seeking individuals who maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Your main responsibilities include assisting customers with their concerns via chat or call, processing same-day delivery orders, and monitoring social media for customer complaints. You will also gather customer feedback, test defective returned items, and update prices on our e-commerce platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 18,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year as a Customer Service Representative (Required)
