Job Description

Superior Maintenance Services, Inc. – Clark is seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates should be college graduates from any IT or Engineering courses and possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

You should be proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, with prior IT or Systems Administration experience being a plus. Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or in a customer support role is essential. This is a full-time, in-person role.
