Job Summary:
Join UncleSG as a Remote Live Chat Agent! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma; 2 years of live chat or call center experience; excellent written English and problem-solving skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
