Job Description
Probe CX is searching for a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcing Supervisor to lead our talent attraction efforts. You will ensure team performance, conduct market intelligence, and provide insights for process improvements. Your role includes coaching team members and enhancing employee engagement.
Duties:
- Monitor team performance and report to management.
- Provide governance and guidance to the team.
- Assist with employment-related concerns.
- Track attendance and enforce compliance.
- Conduct candidate interviews as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Staffing Methodology.
- Willing to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City.
