Job Description
We are LBP Resources and Development Corporation seeking an enthusiastic Appraiser Assistant to join our team. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Real Estate Management, along with experience in appraisal work.
This is a full-time position with a fixed term of 6 months. The monthly salary is Php 27,00.00. Employees will be expected to work an 8-hour day shift with opportunities for overtime.
While being a Registered Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage, it is not a requirement. Additional benefits include a 13th month salary and overtime pay. The position requires in-person attendance.
