Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Time
Salary: Php 20,00 – Php 30,00 per month
The Virtual Navigators is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as a Virtual Ecommerce Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers and manage ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and track shipments
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Prepare relevant reports
- Research new products and communicate with suppliers
