We are seeking a talented Admin Associate to join our Hotel Food & Beverage Department. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, coordinating with procurement and vendors, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring departmental processes align with company standards, and supporting other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications needed: advanced communication skills, strong leadership abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and a good understanding of inventory management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and a team player with financial understanding and self-motivation.
