Job Summary:
Join ORBIT WORKPOD as a Ticketing Agent and be a key member of our customer support team. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve ticketing issues, and ensure outstanding service for a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
