Lofat Retail Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring outstanding customer service, managing inventory effectively, and supervising staff in a clean and organized retail environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of retail or customer service management experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
