Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our hub operations at Shopee in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain adherence to policies, and lead team briefings. You will drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in process enhancements for greater productivity.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, possess at least 4 years of experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry, and have held a leadership position in a logistics or hub environment. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
