Job Description
Lemon na Bai Inc. is seeking a qualified Accounting Staff to support our accounting officer. This role includes processing and recording transactions, verifying documents, and filing reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review store operations reports
- Monitor journal and sales invoices
- Prepare documentation for sales invoices
- Ensure necessary documents are notarized
- File store operations reports
- Update Sales and Deposits
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Residing in or near Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Graduate of Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduates are preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel
