Job Description
ANT COLONY is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, screening, and interviewing job applicants.
- Matching candidates to suitable positions.
- Handling compensation and benefits, employee training, and employee relations.
- Identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
- Managing the entire hiring process from defining job roles to onboarding new employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Includes 13th month salary, bonus pay, and overtime pay.
Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
