Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and oversee the company’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Set short and long-term sales strategies, regularly evaluating the effectiveness of current programs.
- Recommend enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Lead the entire sales department.
- Identify emerging markets and be aware of new products and competition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5+ years experience as Sales Manager in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales personnel.
