Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience in obtaining prior authorizations for healthcare services through UnitedHealthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and follow up on prior authorization requests.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
- Communicate with physician offices and insurance representatives.
- Maintain documentation of all interactions.
Requirements: Proven experience, excellent English skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php150.00 – Php170.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-person
