Job Description
Cleantech Autofuel is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment professional to join our team at our Head Office in Arayat, Pampanga. Your primary responsibility will be managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to employee onboarding.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting job postings and screening applicants
- Interviewing candidates and performing background checks
- Collaborating with PESOs and utilizing traditional sourcing methods
- Organizing recruitment documentation
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields, good communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
We offer a full-time position with a starting salary of Php16,00.
