Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CSR Team Lead to join Personiv Manila. Your responsibilities will include driving team performance to meet objectives, providing leadership and mentorship, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in Cable/Broadband accounts. A degree holder with excellent communication skills is essential. You must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, including shifting schedules and overtime as needed.
