Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventing theft and minimizing loss by implementing security protocols and monitoring store activities.
Your role will include conducting regular audits, observing customer behaviors, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary to address incidents of theft. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you’ll be working with both staff and customers.
Applicants should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a proactive approach towards loss prevention. Experience in retail or security is preferred.
