Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to be the primary point of contact for patients regarding the Prima Card. You will assist patients with inquiries, process payments, verify patient information, and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proficient in healthcare software and electronic health records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with administrative, sales, and customer service protocols
- Amenable to project-based employment
Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
