Job Description
Harbor Star Shipping Services Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate billing and efficient collections. In this role, you will oversee the billing process, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send timely billing statements.
- Supervise accounts receivables and collections.
- Resolve billing issues with department heads.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor accounts and recommend actions against delinquencies.
Qualifications:
- CPA preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years in billing & collections.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time – Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month.
