Job Description
CVG INC. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, who are at least 18 years old and have completed high school or possess relevant vocational or college education.
Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months call center experience; if lacking this, 2 years of customer-facing experience is required. Please note that we do not accept high school graduates or first-year college undergraduates without any working experience.
