Job Description
De Castro Consulting is seeking a motivated Real Time Analyst & Scheduler to ensure optimal staffing and drive client satisfaction. The successful candidate will monitor inbound and outbound activities, oversee scheduling, and create performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of RTA & scheduling experience in a BPO environment.
- Proficient in performance scorecard design and metrics reporting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Alabang.
- Strong analytical and soft skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php30,00 – Php40,00/month
