Job Responsibilities
As a bookkeeper at Tim Ho Wan, you will manage financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Recording financial transactions using accounting software.
- Maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
- Preparing financial statements for stakeholders.
- Processing payroll and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting with audits.
Required Skills: Associate degree in accounting or finance, proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
