Job Description
Join Jollibee Foods Corporation as a Management Trainee in Muntinlupa Bayan, Muntinlupa City! As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs, overseeing day-to-day operations, and enhancing customer engagement. You will support the Restaurant Manager in sales initiatives and assess operational opportunities for growth.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food or a Business-related field, possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, and communicate effectively at all levels. Flexibility to work long hours and in shifts is essential. We are hiring across all regions of the Philippines.
