Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and productive operations of J&T Express branches, including DP, DH, and DC, within the assigned area. This role includes supervising daily operations, implementing strategies for improvement, and ensuring cost efficiency. Collaboration with branch teams is essential to drive success and maintain service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in Logistics or E-Commerce.
- Strong background in Logistics Operations.

Schedule: 8-hour fixed shift
