About Life Group is seeking a talented Commissary Head Cook to oversee daily operations in our commissary kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure high food quality, efficient production, and compliance with food safety standards. This hands-on role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing prep schedules, and conducting quality checks.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a high-volume kitchen, proven leadership, strong food safety knowledge, and NC II in Cookery or Culinary-related Certification. Good communication and time management skills are essential.
