Job Description
The Asticom Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, helping them choose the right products and process their orders effectively. You will manage customer data within our company system and offer ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include meeting assigned KPIs and promoting special programs to increase sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits include flextime and paid training.
Experience: 1 year in customer service preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English are also preferred.
