Job Description
CSBS is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department. The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating communication between employees and management while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative tasks like maintaining employee databases and sorting HR emails.
- Assisting in policy formulation, hiring processes, and salary administration.
- Coordinating job postings, candidates’ shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
